FTM transgender man here, had top surgery (double incision) with Dr. Adam Tobias on September 23 2016. This is a few days shy of the one month mark. Red spots near nipples are from reaction to bandages. ::: Covered by BCBS insurance as my state requires insurance to cover transition. Google to see if yours does. ::: No contouring/liposuction ::: Had drains for 6 days, worst part of surgery by far ::: The bandaid on my side is there because my shirt was irritating a stray stitch that is working its way out ::: Not sure of previous chest size, but I had a very large chest ::: Testosterone for almost 4 years ::: I'm 5'6, 185 lbs.
