Dr. Kamran of Scarless Vein Care DermOne discusses with Meghan Donahue of WECT on this installment of the Health First Business Break how much the DermOne Scarless Vein Care team is growing. As a reminder since the last update, he talks about the great additions to our team such as Dr. Deidra Blanks, a double board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon formerly of Wilmington Aesthetics, Dr. Jonathan Crane, formerly of Atlantic Dermatology and the upcoming arrival of a new Dermatologist at the Mayfaire Location. We also have recently added another Vein/General Surgeon, Dr. Michael Cahn and are very excited to have the extra help with vein procedures such as: Endovenous Laser Ablation, Sclerotherapy, and Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy on this rapidly growing site, which should help with there not as long of a wait, so all can benefit from these helpful procedures. Speaking of, the Vein Services side have reached over 35 employees and growing! We have also received a Vein Center Accreditation from the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission recently. Notable facts of this honor are: We are the first in North Carolina to achieve this honor, We are one of only 27 in the entire United states to reach this goal, patients and future patients should know that it is the highest standard to reach for this accreditation, truly going above and beyond everyone else. These standards of excellence just make it reasonable to know that we are the training center as well for emerging Vein Centers in DermOne, and all of the Doctors and Specialists needed for these centers.
